He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Billiot Hursey; his children, Sharon Anne Hansen (late Lawrence) and Sidney Brian Hursey (Rena); his parent Antoinette Winters Hursey of Slidell, LA.; his siblings, Shirley Emma Sturm, Leonard "Jibby" Hursey and Sheldon Winslow Hursey; his grandchildren, Jennifer Kaufman, Brian Hursey, Mark Mentel and Nicholas Mentel; and his great grandchildren, Lillie Hursey, Lyla Hursey, Ella Kaufman, Penelope Kaufman and Bert Kaufman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
