He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Chelchowski and Aniela Chelchowski; his sisters, Jane Essler and Gene Domalski; and his daughter-in-law Amy Galloway Chelchowski.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his grandchildren, Candice Chelchowski Joubert (Eric), Nick, Steven, Joshua and Jessica Chelchowski; his great grandchild Landon Joubert; his sister Florence Wolkonowski; and also, Stan Lee "Ski" Chelchowski (Janell) and John Scott Chelchowski.
