It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theone Meyer (Slidell, Louisiana), born in Belle Chasse, Louisiana, who passed away on October 10, 2019, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her great-grandparent Theone Patricia Switzer Meyer (Barr); her former husband Wallace W. Barr, Jr.; her husband Earl H. Meyer; her parents, Edwidge Switzer and John Switzer; her siblings, Edwidge (Bunch), Genevieve (Bill), Bessie (Bessy) and John; her sons, Wallace Barr III (Wally), John Barr (Jack) and James Barr (Jimmy); her stepdaughter Pamela Jo Meyer Wang; her son Robert Barr (Vivian); her stepchildren, Dawn Meyer Muscarello (Frank) and Earl Meyer II; her niece Betty Evans (Kent); her grandchildren, Yvette Barr, John Barr, Wallace Barr IV (Nicole), Sean Barr, Erin Barr Huddleston (Adam) and Christopher Barr (Jennifer); and her stepgrandchildren, Staci Wilson Sundmaker (Trey), Jennifer Maeci Wang France (Bruce), Jonathan Zhou Wang (Xuan) and Patrick Muscarello (Kim). She was also cherished by fifteen great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
