He is survived by: his wife Helen Bertrand Hill; his children, Michele Gawrys (Edward), William Warner Hill Jr. (Shelly), Jacqueline Laporte (Jeffrey) and Jeffrey Hill (Michael Melancon); and his grandchildren, Thomas (Kayla), Katherine (Michael), Elizabeth, Nick, Nicholas (Bess), Matthew (Christie), Tiffany (David), Bradley (Kayla), Sara (Ryan), Destiny (Alex), Jeffrey John and Lauren. He is also survived by sixteen great-grand children.
