Elizabeth Irene Kennedy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2021, at the age of 85, Elizabeth Irene Kennedy of Springfield, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Richardson and Mary Richardson (Bazille); her daughter Laurie McCann; and her sisters, Betty Bauerle and Lorraine Lard.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Kennedy (Phyllis Picard-Staton), Mark Kennedy, Brenda Thielen (Rick), James Kennedy and Dan Kennedy (Amy); her grandchildren, Clint McCann, Craig, Amanda, Jesse Kennedy, Rebecca Mueller, Stacey Thielen, Damon Kennedy, Veronica Vaclavicek, Chloe Kennedy, Andrew and Joshua Kennedy; her son-in-law Tom McCann; and her siblings, Ophelia Fray, Bea Simon and Douglas Richardson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, with Pastor Dan Landry officiating. Interment will follow at Carter Cemetery in Springfield, Louisiana. Face masks are mandatory to attend any visitation or service and we ask that you maintain a respectful distance with the family.
