He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank D. Spellman, Sr. and Marion Hough Spellman. He is survived by : his wife Donna Clingerman Spellman of Starks; his children, Leroy M. Spellman, Jr. (Bonnie) of Starks, Tammy S. Haynes (James) of Starks and Stephanie L. Spellman of Starks; his grandchildren, Dezi Cruz, II, Demarqus Simien, Makleigh Simien, Bailey Perkins, Rachel Perkins and Olivia Perkins; his great grandchild Adeline Moskal; and his siblings, Frank D. Spellman, Jr. and Darlene K. Spellman.
