He was predeceased by : his parents, Nelson Bennett and Hattie Hart Bennett; and his siblings, J. B. Bennett, Lola Bell Allison and Irma Parker.
He is survived by : his wife Mary Hollingsworth Bennett; his children, Larry Bennett (Betty), Kay Trisler (Ken) and Glen Bennett (Connie); his grandchildren, Kim Clack, Kevin Bennett, Kelly King, Ronnie Bennett, Dr. Paul Trisler, Laura Mulhern, Greg Bennett, Jeff Bennett and Jerry Bennett; and his siblings, Dan Bennett and Ann Long.
