She was predeceased by : her parents, Mercer B. Dupree, Sr. and Ida Nona Adkins Dupree; her siblings, Sue Morgan, Bennie Sewell and Terry Dupree; and her siblings-in-law, Edward Forrest, Phillip Morgan, Thurman Sewell, Woster Anderson, Bill Hart and Barbara C. Dupree.

She is survived by : her friend Martha June Holtzclaw; her siblings, Mercer B. Jr. (Carolyn), Melvin (Barbara), Donald Roy (Joyce), Ivy B., David, Randall "Pogie" (Freda), Kathleen Forrest, Trudie Anderson and Beth Hart; and her sister-in-law Jeannie Dupree. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clear Springs Cemetery or First Baptist Church of Sterlington.
