It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilmer James Dugas of Sulphur, Louisiana, born in Erath, Louisiana, who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Dudley Marc Dugas and Yolande Boudreaux Dugas. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Brown Dugas; his siblings, Marc D. Dugas and Mona Dugas Nunez; his sister-in-law Josie Brown Arceneaux; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Nunez, Bobby Exley, Troy Arceneaux, Lisa Arceneaux Druzbik, Jennifer N. Vegas, Erica Dugas and Angel Dugas.
