He is survived by: his wife Linda Cowan Hedrick of Vidalia, LA; his sons, David Hedrick (Whitney) of Ferriday, LA, Ivan Hedrick (Mandy) of Vidalia, LA and Jared Hedrick of Vidalia, LA; his mother-in-law Nina Ruth Cowan; his grandchildren, Lauren Boudreaux (Blake), Kaitlyn, Ella Grace, David Reece, Olivia, Sophie and Sawyer Hedrick; his great grandchild Brooklyn Boudreaux; his sisters, Melanie Lewis (Ronnie) of Ridgecrest, LA and Betty Otwell (Ben) of Jonesville, LA; and his siblings-in-law, James Cowan (Debbie), Harold Cowan (Edna) and Susan Cooper.
