He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue Fontenot of Ville Platte; his sons, Jamie Jasper Fontenot (Elizabeth) of Lafayette and Jody Paul Fontenot (Nicole) of Ville Platte; his siblings, John Wayne Fontenot (Jodi) of Lake Charles and Tracey Nell Fruge (Joe) of Lake Charles; his grandchildren, Hannah Nicole Vidrine, Jody Garrett Fontenot, Landon Michael Fontenot and Caroline J. Fontenot; and his great grandchildren, Ryann Elise Vidrine, Jameson Tate Vidrine and Jace Michael Vidrine.
