He is survived by: his wife Jackie Fontenot of Ville Platte; his children, Dr. Tommy Fontenot (Lori) of Ville Platte, Barry Fontenot (Stephanie) of Pine Point, Donovan Fontenot (Diane) of Vidrine and Anne Reed (Mike) of Pine Prairie; his stepchildren, Tim Richard (Laura) of Moss Bluff, Celeste Rivette (Blair) of Youngsville and Nina Trahan (Brock) of Ville Platte; and his sister Jolene Tate (Bob) of Dallas, Texas.. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
