She is survived by: her children, Eddie Smith (Bridget) and Randy Smith (Angel); and her siblings, Larry West, Bruce West (Laulra Faye), Jan Vaclavik (Terry) and Mary Powell (Phil). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
