He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Warren Burns and Trudie Wallace Burns; and his sister Carolyn Janice Burns Walker. He is survived by: his family, Tom and Jerry; his wife Judy Ethredge Burns; and his children, Leslie Burns Meyer (David Meyer) of Vivian, LA and Christopher James Burns of Vivian, LA.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
