He is survived by: his daughter Stacy Patrick of Shreveport, LA; his girlfriend Margaret Long of Vivian, LA; his stepchildren, Jimmy, Jason and Teresa Wingo; and his siblings, Ronald Patrick (Brenda) of Bivins, TX, Joanne Moore (Daniel) of Gray, TX and Vickie Anthony (Gary) of Dayton, TX. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
