It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Wade Idom of Vivian, Louisiana, who passed away on October 1, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Idom and Inez Idom (Hartzo); and his sister Wanda McCathran. He is survived by: his wife Linda Idom (Foster); his children, Mark Idom (Carole), Tim Idom (Kimmie) and Lisbet Pilcher (Tommy); his grandchildren, Amber Coburn (Justin), Taylor Morales (Blake), Whitney Otwell (Matt), Kristen Banks (Adam), Andrew Pilcher (Brittney), Evan Pilcher (Nikki Wells) and Gavin Pilcher; his great grandchildren, Kinley, Kaley, Jhett Coburn, Keaton, Bryson Morales, Fox Otwell and Dreyton Pilcher; and his sister Linda Childress of McLeod, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
