He was predeceased by: his father Bruce Richard Montgomery. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Bell Montgomery; his daughters, Kassidy Leigh Montgomery (Jacob Ecker) and Brittany Alyson Barnett (Trent); his granddaughter Caroline Elizabeth Barnett; his mother Faye Martin David (Ronald); and his brother Darrell Lynn Montgomery (Sue).

In lieu of flowers, Dennis has asked that donations be sent to Neuroendocrine Tumor Innovation Fund, 200 West Esplanade Ave., Suite 200., Kenner, LA 70065.
