She was predeceased by: her parent Robert M. Forrest; her parents-in-law, Joe Wade Bennett and Mae Dell Bennett; her brother-in-law Mark Carr; and her sister Deborah McCullar.

She is survived by: her parent Betty Belle Butler Forrest; her husband Roger Bennett; her daughter Holley Dee Davis (Christopher); her stepson Robert Bennett (Denise); and her siblings, Betty Carr, Carol Jackson, Nancy Stapleton, Joyce Skelton and August Behrndt. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and grandchildren.
