She is survived by: her husband James Cowger; her siblings, Geneva Kepper, Shirley Almond and James Warner; and her grandsons, Joshua Wayne Lowery and Rickey Wayne Lowery, Jr..
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Kilpatrick's Serenity Gardens (8729 Cypress St, West Monroe, LA 71291). A graveside service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
