Peggy Anne Travis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2025, at the age of 78, Peggy Anne Travis (West Monroe, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Peggy Anne may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Peggy Anne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her fathers, Martin Travis Jr. and Maurice Travis; her son Lonnie Brown; and her siblings, Delmas Travis, Sarah Brown and Adrenina Maza.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Brown (Gayle) and Shelley Tolbird (Loy).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Amazing Grace Worship Center (283 Mt Vernon Church Rd, West Monroe, LA 71292). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
