She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Delafuente and Janice Gartman Delafuente. She is survived by: her children, Tyler Willis Duplechin (Krystal) and Katie Marie Duplechin Ortiz (Alex); and her grandchild Carter Dean Duplechin (Livie Shreve). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the charity of one's choice in the name of Lisa.
