It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tollie Juanita Gillard of Westlake, Louisiana, who passed away on October 1, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Gene Gillard Sr.; her daughter Felicia Ann Smith; and her great grandchild Mirabelle Reeves. She is survived by: her son Bobby Gillard Jr. (Sandra); her sisters, Virginia McBroom, Lorine Moses, Loretta Starkey and Dianne Duggan; and her grandchildren, Kevin Reeves (Jessica), Angela Abitbol (Dave), Dawn Weiss (Randy), Summer Rice (Eric) and Haley Young (Blaine). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home - Moss Bluff (2171 US-171, Lake Charles, LA 70611). A rosary will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:15 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Whittaker Cemetery.
