He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Sherman Parker Sr. and Hazel Lowrie Parker. He is survived by: his spouse Twilla Dell Evans Parker; his children, Marva Floyd (Mike), Floyd Sherman Parker III (Elizabeth), Anna Parker Martin, Tony Parker and Terry Parker (Beverly); and his sister Marion Parker Prince. He is also survived by grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
