He was predeceased by: his sisters, Imogene Hodges Long, Joyce Hodges Ducote and Dale Hodges Cook; and his pets, Jolene, Jiminy, Jenkins, Jubilee, Snickers, June and Jack.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Lincecum Hodges; his sons, Jeremy John Hodges (Sara) and Kenneth Godfrey; his grandchildren, Cohlyn, Cannon (Faith) and Caylan Hodges; his siblings, Charles Ray Hodges (Mary) and Melba "Mellie" Branch; and his pets, Rosie and Yonder. He is also survived by numerous cousins; and nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Johnny's name to Shriner's Hospital for Children, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or the charity/church of your choice.
