McDade, Jr.; her daughter Denise Ball (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Donna Carleton (Brian), Allison Harrison (Matt), Michael Etheridge (Krystal), Jessica Garrett, Natalie Evans (Bart), Derek Ball and Spencer Ball; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Kerri, Kadi, Patrick, Shelby, Logan, Luke, Lex, Josie, Caroline, Catherine and Madison.
