He is survived by: his wife Sunday Norwood; his children, Chris Norwood (Chloe), Roger Lee "Pete" Wright (Marisa), Danny Ray Wright (Tammy), Leslie Smith (Jason) and Jennifer Wilhite (Dusty); and his siblings, Dianne Hodge, Janet Norwood, Kay Norwood, Mike Norwood (Sue) and Jimmy Norwood (Lisa). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Zion Baptist Church (1271 New Zion Rd, Winnsboro, LA 71295). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
