He is survived by: his wife Wilma Hales of Winnsboro; his children, Billy Hales, Jr. of Bowling Green, KY, Greg Hales of Cabot, AR and Kimberly Moreau (Jody) of Bentley, LA; his grandchildren, Jenny, Jessica, Haley, Charley, Alice, Greg, Jr., Harley and Raygen; and his sibling Waymond Hales.
