He is survived by: his wife Debbie Dean Kitchen of St. Joseph; his son Charlie Kitchen (Donese) of Towanda, PA; his grandchildren, Mason, Aiden and Addie Lyn; his son Dan Kitchen (Emily) of Pollock; his grandchildren, Allie, Camille and Bailey; his brother James "Jim" Kitchen, Jr. (Judy) of Zachary; his nephew James A. "Jim" Kitchen, III; his niece Julie Kristen Kitchen; his brother-in-law Robert Dean of Youngsville; and his nieces and nephews, Justin Dean (Jessica) of Baton Rouge and Britney Dean of Baton Rouge.
