With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tommy Mansel Parker of Winnsboro, Louisiana, who passed away on October 21, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his sons, Eric Mansel Parker (Jessie) of Jigger, LA, Justin Collinson and Ashley of Baskin, LA; his siblings, Betty Kelly of Winnsboro, LA, Shelia Guillot of Winnsboro, LA and Timothy DeWayne Parker, Sr. of Winnsboro, LA; and his grandchildren, Duncan Allen Parker, Zona Kay Dell Parker, Jaxon Collinson and Josiah Wayne Collinson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
