He is survived by : his wife Sandra Slaughter Kubelka; his children, Nasha Kubelka Foulks (Bill), Curtis Ray, Sayra Kubelka, Christian Ray, Bianca Kubelka Westmoreland (Mason), Paige Kubelka Bourque (Brant) and Jennifer Istre (Tim); his grandchildren, Zoe Foulks, Cameron Tamplain, Jacob Seaux (Skylar), Silas Guidry, Piper Foulks, Gabrielle Ray, Jayda Ray, Ryan Ray, River Foulks, Silas Tamplain, Miles Foulks, Emalyse Tamplain, Finn Westmoreland and Bennett Bourque; his great grandchildren, Ellis Tamplain and Evelyn Seaux; and his siblings, Tracie Louviere (Earl), Kaki Kubelka and Kris Kubelka (Tammie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
