It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernice Gonzales of Zachary, Louisiana, who passed away on September 22, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph F. Gonzales; her parents, Daniel Cazzetta and Cecile R. Cazzetta; and her sisters, Audrey C. Schmidt and Mary Lee C. Scurlock.
She is survived by: her grandson Rev. Brad Beier; her children, Joseph F. Gonzales, Jr. (Kathleen J. Gonzales) and Carlette G. Beier (Ernest A. Beier, Jr.); her sister Germaine "Gerose" R. D'Aunoy; and her grandchildren, Erin B. Cresap, Brad E. Beier, Joseph F. "Jay" Gonzales, III and Jeffrey J. Gonzales. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Due to the cemetery mandate, masks are required to attend services as well as social distancing.
