He is survived by: his wife Patsy Edwards DeLee; his children, Wendye DeLee Ashcraft (Lance) of Harmony, FL, Dennis "Dee" DeLee (Gail) of Greenwell Springs, Brent Kernan DeLee (Julée) of Central, LA and Vernon Curt DeLee (Paula) of Watson, LA; his siblings, Patty Davis (Jimmy) of Watson, LA and Jimmy DeLee (Linda) of Central, LA; and his grandchildren, Ty, Grace, Dylan DeLee, Elizabeth, William, James DeLee, Jordan, Taylor Beth, Allie Ashcraft, Mason and Brady DeLee.
