He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joann Hollingsworth and John Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his parents, John Hollingsworth and Paula Hollingsworth; his brothers, Kipp Hollingsworth (Mellie) of Winston Salem, NC, Orin Hollingsworth of Zachary and Barrett Hollingsworth of Zachary; and his nephews, Payton Moore, Hudson Hollingsworth and Stone Hollingsworth. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
