It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Babson of Zachary, Louisiana, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Raleigh and Amanda Caroline Phelps Babson; his wife Hilda Morris Marks; his son William Delray Babson Jr. (Del); and his siblings, Hyton, Jervie Babson and Luella Hilburn.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Babson Carter; his son-in-law Wayne "Spider" Carter; his sister Jean Sibilia; his granddaughters, Clacey Arnold (Will Arnold) and Kalyn Carter; and his great grandchildren, Kade, Cullyn Claire and Camille Grace Arnold.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Plains Presbyterian Church or Gideons International.
