She was predeceased by: her spouse Santino F. "Sonny" Nicastro. She is survived by: her children, Mary M. O'Keefe (Edward) of Brockton, Patricia A. Grady (Stephen McDade) of Abington and Joseph L. Nicastro (Renee) of Pembroke; her son-in-law Leo Grady; her grandchildren, Ryan, Jack, Dahlia, Sean, Maggie, Melissa and Anthony; and her great grandchild Makya Rose. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Peggy's memory may be made to The Wonderfund, a private non-profit that serves children engaged with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF).
