He was predeceased by: his parents, David Stephen and Ruth Collins Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Collins; his daughter Renee Collins; his son-in-law Myles Bradbury; and his grandchildren, Maverick and Mallory. He is also survived by numerous brothers, and other family and friends.
