It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jake Seaburg of Acton, Massachusetts, born in Concord, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 12, 2020, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William and Margaret Seaburg; and his uncle William "Billy" Seaburg Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, John Seaburg and Lynne Seaburg of Acton, MA; his grandmother Kathleen Freeman of Westfield, NY; his siblings, Ryan Seaburg of Acton, MA and Nicole Letourneau (Chris Letourneau) of Jaffrey, NH.; his siblings' children, Aubrey, Ryleigh, Kason and Sawyer Letourneau; his aunts and uncles, David (Gail Grendon), Corleen Seaburg, John (Nancy Sloan) and Scott Seaburg; his cousins, Megan, Michael Merna, Jessica, Olivia Seaburg and Sean Grendon; and his aunt Paula Seaburg.
