She was predeceased by: her father Richard E. Blake; and her sister Susan E. Grieco (Blake). She is survived by: her mother Barbara J. Blake of Ipswich; her siblings, Richard E. Blake of North Carolina, Brian E. Blake of New Jersey and Joanne L. Blanchette (George) of Ipswich; her stepsister Kim White of Peabody; her son Stephen B. Laterowicz; and her great-nephews, Evan and Joey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
