He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Booth and Olive Booth. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Booth of Andover; and his children, Amy McClellan (Tommy), Gordon Booth (Chortip), Cindy Verfaillie (Don) and Daniel Booth (Purvi). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
