He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Cookson and Gertrude Cookson; and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia (Cindy); his children, Peter (Becky) of Woodbridge, VA, Laurie of Andover and Susan (Shaun) of Belmont; his grandchildren, Kylee, Ryland, Samuel, Kenzie, Cambree and Lucy; and his siblings, Jerome, Norman, Francis Jr., Paul, Joyce and MaryLou.
