He was predeceased by: his daughter Marianne MacGillivray; and his sisters, Barbara Durbin (late Jerry Durbin) and Mary MacGillivray. He is survived by: his children, Richard MacGillivray of Littleton, Robert MacGillivray (Rachelle) of Arlington, Jacqueline Colebourn (Kenneth) of Northborough and Michael MacGillivray of Arlington; and his grandchildren, Stephen MacGillivray, David MacGillivray, Kyle Colebourn, Joshua Colebourn and Christian Colebourn. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Saint Camillus' Church (1185 Concord Turnpike, Arlington, MA 02476). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery (70 Medford St, Arlington, MA 02474).
