Theresa Anne Chouinard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Theresa Anne Chouinard of Ashland, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 9, 2025 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Krivicich and Mary Krivicich (Saginich); her husband Kenneth Chouinard; and her daughter Michelle Chouinard. She is survived by: her children, Linda Paquette of Ashland, Paul Lentoni (Paula) of Ashland, Philip Lentoni of Framingham and Chris Chouinard (Yun Joo Kang) of Mill Valley, California.; and her grandchildren, Michael Pfundt, Alexander Lentoni (Kleoniki), Emma Lentoni, Benjamin Lentoni, Calissa Lentoni, Olive Chouinard and Violet Chouinard.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Matarese Funeral Home (325 Main St, Ashland, MA 01721). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Cecilia’s Church (54 Esty St, Ashland, MA 01721). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at the Wildwood Cemetery (160 Chestnut St, Ashland, MA 01721).
