He was predeceased by : his parents, Gilbert Peterson and Dora Peterson (Ferrari); and his siblings, John Peterson, Kurt Peterson, Kris Peterson, Gail Peterson, Anne Chadwick, Jane Peterson and Joan Cetto.

He is survived by : his sisters, Beth Cloutier (Gene) of Orange and Lori Peterson (Mark Favaloro) of Lawrence; and his friend Myra Modzeleski. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces.

Donations in Kent's memory are suggested to the Millers River Fishermen's Association, 15 Stone Hill Road, New Salem, MA 01355.
