He was predeceased by : his parents, Raphael Civitarese and Marjorie Civitarese (Arnott); and his sister Marie DePinho. He is survived by : his children, Brian-Paul, Neal-Ray, Sean-Eric and LeAnna Kohl (Greg); his grandchild Jadyn Kohl; and his sisters, Ann Pucillo, Charlene Magee and Michelle McColgan.
