He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert K. Crookes Sr. and Virginia M. Crookes (Greene). He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Crookes (Antaya); his children, Donald William Crookes Jr. (Maria T. Yunis) of Framingham, MA and Melissa J. Lyons (Ray R. Lyons) of Attleboro, MA.; his grandchildren, Lilyana J. Lyons, Sophia M. Lyons and William R. Lyons; and his brothers, Albert "Skip" Kenneth Crookes Jr. (late Joan) of Ilion, NY and David T. Crookes (Maureen O'Connor) of Mashpee, MA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
