He is survived by: his wife Laura Cannata (Holske); his children, David J. Cannata of Attleboro and April (James Blasé) of Plainville; his parents, Leo Cannata and Judith Cannata (Huntley); his siblings, Brian (Patricia Cannata) of Attleboro and Keri Monroe; and his siblings-in-law, Peter Holske (Mary) of Sterling, Cheryl (Jack O'Connell) of Norton, Donna Irwin and Susan Holske. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
