He was predeceased by: his brother John Scavone. He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Scavone (Germain); his son Jack N. Scavone; his siblings, James Scavone, Patrick Scavone, Marta Durrette (Michael), Ann Scavone (Glen Tao), Tim Scavone (Michelle), Phil Scavone (Eileen), Casey Scavone (Doreen), Liz Trumble (James) and Michael Scavone (Nancy); and his parents, James Scavone and Elizabeth Scavone (Donahue). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
