He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Kentley (O'Brien) and Francis Kentley. He is survived by: his children, David Jr. (Dorothy), Daniel, Donna and Deb Kempskie (Richard); his grandchildren, Cassandra Madden, Joe Kentley, Ryan, Sarah Kempskie and Olivia Kentley Freeman; and his siblings, James (Tina), Francis (Ruth), George (Kathy), Mary (Robert Field) and Claire (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
