He is survived by: his wife Cathy M. Mencer (Anderson); his sons, Shaun of Arizona, Joshua Mencer of Arizona and Jared Hartwell (Grace) of Oxford; his sisters, Diana Roth (Sonny) of Thorndike and Donna Padovano; and his siblings' children, Scott, John Roth, Joseph Senckowski and Lisa Soucy.
