He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor L. Russell (Moran); his parents, Leslie F. Russell and Barbara H. Gagnon (Boliver); and his stepfather Roland Gagnon. He is survived by: his brother Wayne Russell of Belchertown; his stepsiblings, David Gagnon of Southbridge, Jane Gagnon of East Brookfield, Celeste Brackett of Holland and Anne Pohl; and his goddaughter Greta Helberg of Worcester. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
